A unique event, the Iron Man Kumite is an Open Weight Knock Down Sparring Challenge where all competitors fight in a Round Robin style with back to back full contact Knock Down fighting rules matches with NO HEAD CONTACT.

A high-intensity, round-robin knockdown challenge based on Mas Oyama’s legendary 100 Man Kumite. Every fighter takes a turn in the center, fighting back-to-back 1-minute rounds against every competitor in their division.
Intensity: Full contact at 90–95% effort. Following the adage that "Iron Sharpens Iron" the goal is to push the center fighter to their limit, not to break or 'shatter the iron' so to speak. Therefore we encourage a hard pushing, high spirit, respectful environment.
Division Options (Ages 18+)
Iron Gloves (All Levels): MMA gloves & shin guards required (optional helmet)
Iron Fist (Advanced): No gloves, no shin guards.
