I. DOJO AFFILIATION

Any school, dojo, or training club operating in good standing may apply to become an official Tetsujin Kai Affiliate Dojo.

II. AFFILIATE BENEFITS

1. Official Charter & Recognition: Receive an official Tetsujin Kai Affiliate Dojo certificate and rights to display the Tetsujin Kai emblem.
 

2. Universal Rank Registration: Access to international rank registration and certification for your students, ensuring their ranks are recognized cross-disciplinarily.
 

3. Tournament & Event Discounts: Priority entry and reduced registration rates for all Tetsujin Kai sanctioned tournaments, knockdown invitationals, and seminars.
 

4. Instructor & Referee Certification: Eligibility for dojo head instructors and senior ranks to attend certified referee clinics, judge sanctioned events, and host regional seminars.
 

5. Open Exchange Network: Connect with an international network of dojos spanning Kyokushin, Goju-Ryu, Shotokan, Judo, BJJ, and classical Budo for cross-training camps and joint sparring days (Gasshuku).

III. HOW TO JOIN

1. Submit Online Application: Sign up to be an affiliate gym through our membership portal by selecting TETSUJIN KAI AFFILIATE GYM
 

2. Process Recurring Annual Fee ($50 / Year): Complete the secure payment process to establish your active status. Your $50 annual dues directly support event sanctioning, youth scholarships, and organizational infrastructure.

3. Complete Dojo & Instructor Credentials: Fill out the Dojo Registration Form detailing your school’s name, primary discipline(s), chief instructor's lineage/rank, and physical location.

​

4.Receive Affiliate Welcome Kit (Digital Delivery): Upon approval, you will receive your digital welcome package, high-resolution logo assets for dojo media, digital member handbook, and official dojo charter certificate.
